Co-Founder & CEO

Deepak is a second-time founder who previously built Slintel (with Rahul) from zero to 300+ customers across 25 countries, raising $26M from Sequoia, Accel, and GGV before a successful acquisition by 6sense. He went on to serve as VP of Product and Growth at 6sense before starting Adopt AI. A CFA charterholder with experience in investment banking and wealth management, Deepak brings a finance practitioner's view to software built for the people who keep the books.

Rahul Bhattacharya

Co-Founder & CTO

Rahul is a second-time founder who founded and built Slintel (with Deepak), scaling the platform to 300+ enterprise customers before its acquisition by 6sense, where he went on to serve as Senior Director of Engineering. At Adopt AI, he leads engineering and the product architecture behind Adopt, the layer that lets agents work reliably inside the ERPs, banks and portals finance teams already run.

Anirudh Badam

Co-Founder & Chief AI Officer

Anirudh brings deep research and systems expertise from a decade at Microsoft, where he worked on distributed systems and contributed to foundational infrastructure across Azure. At Adopt AI, he leads how agents reason across finance systems, turning production AI research into work a controller can sign off on.

Why we narrowed to one job

We started by helping companies build AI agents for any workflow in any application. When we looked at what customers asked us to build, most of it was finance: reconciliations, bookkeeping, the close. So we narrowed to that one job. Today Adopt is AI native accounting and bookkeeping software. Agents categorize, reconcile and close inside the systems a business already uses, and people approve what ships. Every engineer here works on accounting problems, so when a controller tells us an agent handled an exception badly, the fix reaches every customer.
